I was quite disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The floor wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and I found hair and dust that should have been vacuumed, giving a neglected impression. The room had an unsettling vibe with evidence of wear, such as holes in the ceiling.

Thank you very much guys for a very nice stay during our 3 week visit. The location is perfect, walk from a subway station. It's in the nice safe area which is another bonus.

Location, catering (breakfast) and staff are top. Good to use as a central point or stopover for several flights. Very suitable for several persons and single travellers.
The electronic door locks are sometimes very unreliable and the air conditioning system is strangely controlled.

The air conditioning units were unpredictable, leading to uncomfortable room temperatures!!! Small rooms left little space for luggage!!! The tiny bathrooms made access challenging and inconvenient at times!!!

Spotlessly clean: excellent receptionist: free, fast transfer from airport: cafes etc just outside. Free hot drinks on offer.

convenient location, as there are many bars / pubs in the vicinity. despite the proximity to the airport, no noise pollution from there. Metro station nearby

Not bad for a quick stopover
The staff were friendly and there was a nice little lobby to hang out in. I mostly enjoyed the free shuttle service to the airport. Never had to worry about transportation.
It wasn't exactly cheap for what we got but was still acceptable.

the location was comfortable and magnificent, very near tube. moreover, it was close enough to bars, a super market & restaurants close by and the airport in madrid and a mini market. the room was well-equipped, it had a modern shower and a bath.
